-Filter by trade, zone, or timeframe -Deliver monthly schedule package: .xer files, critical path snapshot, 6-week lookaheads & written narrative -Track critical path and near-critical risks -Direct line to leadership and a path to lead future data center programs -Conduct weekly schedule updates through site walks and trade coordination -Maintain resource-loaded schedules for cost and earned value tracking -Generate field-friendly, leadership-ready reports -Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) using baseline and live schedule data -Build/manage fully logic-tied Primavera P6 baseline schedule, 2,500+ activities using CPM best practice
