Manage full-cycle accounts payable, vendor relations, and reporting using Oracle ERP.

Tasks

-Analyze and reconcile accounts payable ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Manage the accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. -Maintain vendor relationships and manage vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. -Provide support for other accounting and finance functions as needed -Identify opportunities for process improvements. -Manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, 3-way match, payment processing, and vendor communication. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in accordance with accounting standards. -Document management and control. -Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. -Assisting with providing necessary documentation and explanations. -Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals. -Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. -Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
