Tasks

-Manage and maintain BIM standards and software component libraries, ensuring compliance with project and industry requirements. -Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate and coordinated designs. -Mentor junior modellers and contribute to continuous improvement. -Plan, organise and manage work packages or projects, -Lead the development of detailed models for mechanical utility systems within maritime environments (both underground and aboveground). -Travel in the UK and abroad for short assignments (as per project requirements). -Oversee clash detection, model audits, quality assurance processes and contribute to BIM Execution Plans.

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience with model federation, issue tracking, and clash detection. -Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members. -Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud. -Ability to undertake tasks independently and efficiently. -Preferably experience in mechanical drawings, pipework, schematics etc. -Desirable extras: BIM certifications, familiarity with 4D/5D BIM for sequencing and cost estimation, and experience with data visualisation tools -A solid understanding of ISO 19650 workflows and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). -Preferably a Full Driving Licence -Excellent written communication and attention to detail. -Willingness to travel to other UK offices. -A logical approach to problem solving.
