Tasks

-Partnership development work such as scouting, evaluating and engaging potential external partners for collaborations, including preparation of the partnership instruments. -Administration of innovation grants and funding schemes, ensuring proper grant governance. -Stakeholder engagement work to build and sustain strong relationships to foster a continued culture of collaboration, and representing LTA at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. -Engagement and facilitation work with internal LTA groups to identify and develop problem and challenge statements. -Facilitation and oversight of innovation projects from concept to delivery, including monitoring of KPI/ impact metrics, and reporting and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. -Crafting high-impact written narratives and marketing materials to package technical projects in a clear, concise, and inspiring way – designed to captivate stakeholders and reflect the project’s strategic outcomes and achievement.

What You Bring

-At least 3 years of working experience preferably in the Public Service -Excellent interpersonal abilities, with an outgoing personality -Knowledge in Engineering, Technology, Science, Innovation or Business Management preferable -Excellent written and communication skills -Experience in partnerships development and stakeholder engagement works with IHLs, RIs, and the private sector -Able to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to learn on the fly -Meticulous, with attention to detail -A curious and inquisitive mindset with a passion for uncovering and deep diving into engineering/technological domains to uncover root causes of problems and eager to identify hidden needs and spark innovative solutions.
