Tasks
-Attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and on occasions planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties) -Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements.

What You Bring
-Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK -Test and Inspect qualification desirable -Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people -Qualified to an NVQ level 3 as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with 18th Edition certificate and AM2 -Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential) -Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.
