The Role

Overview

Provide admin and technical support, manage docs, scheduling, procurement, and basic CAD.

Tasks

-Assist with scheduling, procurement, and resource coordination. -Perform design modifications and revisions under the guidance of other team members. -Support audits and compliance activities. -Assist with the development of bills of materials for parts and spare -Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for technical queries. -Assist in the management of change requests through regular follow-ups and support their progression through to resolution. -Perform basic CAD tasks (2D/3D drawings and minor edits) using AutoCAD. -Maintain organised technical documentation and filing systems. -Undertake administrative updates to product documentation and system repositories
