Excellerate Inventory Specialist

Manage and maintain inventory, conduct audits, and support procurement processes.

Tasks

-Maintains consistent stock of inventory. -Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory. -Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made. -Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. -Assists with periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) physical inventory audits. -Provides inventory reports to receiving supervisor and procurement teams. -Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate. -Places materials at point of use in assembly and warehouse environment. -Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. -Operates material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts, telehandlers, hand trucks etc. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area. -Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times. -Maintains compliance with all OSHA and Company safety requirements. -Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery. -Pulls and packs product based on daily orders. -Manages and maintains inventory system; facilitates upgrades to related database and/or software under the direction of the purchasing or inventory control manager.
