Executive / Senior Executive - BIM Engineer

Overview

Manage BIM processes, create/coordinate 3D models, enforce standards, and handle project documentation.

Tasks

-Participate in design and model coordination meetings and review sessions when required -To develop documentation for submission to Authorities including BIM e-submission -Drawing production from 3D models and administer 3D models/drawings distribution to relevant users in compliance with stipulated procedures -Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan -Archival of 3D models, prepare user handover and related documentation -Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works -Creation of 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD as relevant or required -Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D models -Coordinate and liaise with project/construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines

Requirements

• higher nitec
• 2-3 years
• bim coordination
• singaporean

What You Bring

-Diploma/ Higher NiTec from any discipline, preferably with training / background in consultancy design and / or construction works. -Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a senior role -Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes. -Only Singaporean may apply
