Tasks

-Write subcontractor scope of works for all trades -Leads and organizes MEP coordination process. -Responsible for successful organization and management of the project to ensure safe, timely, quality and profitable project completion -Maintain relations to exceed Client satisfaction and align to clients standards -Interpret and review proposed designs, architectural drawings and building specifications for appropriateness and constructability -Interface with Client, Architect, Owner Representative, Consultants, Agency & Funding Source Representatives -Reviewing and managing subcontracts, bid documents, and proposals -Resolves issues effectively and in a timely manner -Management of all project documentation -Maintain a thorough understanding of the company and Owner Contract agreement and deliverables -Verify and approve the issuance of changes order and contractor invoices for payment -Verify and approve all vendor invoices -Responsible for leading the project team from Pre-Construction phase through Construction Start Up through Temporary Certificate of Occupancy to Final Close-Out -Manages the project budget -Handles and completes all punch list items -Creates, maintains and executes the project schedule -Handle and maintain neighbor and community relations

What You Bring

The Senior Project Manager - Block and Plank Construction must be a strong leader, an exceptional communicator, an advocate for team collaboration and innovation, and must have the ability to lead, manage, cultivate, and mentor team members to promote their professional growth.. -AutoCAD experience preferred -Engineering or architecture degree is preferred -Excellent written and communication skills -Must be able to maintain relationships with Subcontractors and Consultants on and off the job site. -Ability to prepare and submit technical and cost proposals. -Must have strong people skills and the ability to interact with Owner, Financing and Design teams. -Great organization skill -Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager or equivalent in work experience background with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry -Professional and be able to work with all trades, architects and clients -The ability to work independently as well as part of a team -Proficiency with programs from Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) -Procore experience preferred -Able to read architectural plans and specs proficiently -Experience in various aspects of construction planning and management, including but not limited to estimating, bidding, preparing, and administering purchase orders and subcontracts, scheduling, cost control, etc. -Proactive and must have problem solving skills
