Tasks
-Act as the key liaison between Design teams and construction leads to ensure alignment between design intent and field constructability. -Coordinate with quality and engineering teams for construction certificates and final handover documentation. -Support the preparation and verification of record drawings and as-built documentation. -Monitor design revisions and ensure construction teams are working to the latest approved documents. -Participate in regular technical coordination meetings to ensure all design dependencies are addressed. -Lead the coordination and closure of Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely and complete responses from the design team. -Support the resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by managing technical input and verifying that corrective actions are appropriately implemented. -Support the Technical and Construction Managers with reporting and performance tracking to ensure project milestones are met. -Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, systems, utilities, and structures) to resolve cross-discipline design and construction interfaces. -Foster effective communication and teamwork between design, construction, and stakeholder teams. -Build strong working relationships with designers, construction teams, and client representatives to promote trust and transparency. -Identify and escalate potential risks early and work collaboratively to mitigate them through practical solutions. -Maintain meticulous records and trackers of outstanding items, ensuring all actions are closed within defined timeframes. -Facilitate workshops and discussions to resolve design issues, propose practical solutions, and ensure constructability considerations are captured in the design. -Review and interpret design drawings, standards, and specifications related to track work. -Track and manage Site Instructions to ensure design impacts, cost, and schedule implications are properly documented and communicated.

What You Bring
Interface and Issue Resolution -Software Skills: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite. -Experience: 3- 5 years of experience in track design coordination, construction, or infrastructure project delivery. -Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Knowledge of applicable standards (e.g., AREMA, EN, ISO, or equivalent). -Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline. -Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results. -Sound understanding of track design principles, including ballasted and embedded track systems. -Demonstrated ability to track actions, follow up effectively, and drive closure on technical issues.
