Site Manager

Overview

Manage daily site operations for SHDF retrofit and decarbonisation projects.

Tasks

-Review design drawings for buildability and raise RFIs as needed. -Coordinate subcontractors and monitor performance against programme. -Support the Project Manager in programme development and reporting. -Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries, and progress reports. -Liaise with residents and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. -Lead site operations for SHDF retrofit and decarbonisation works.

What You Bring

-SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. -Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and energy efficiency measures. -Proven experience delivering SHDF or similar retrofit/decarbonisation projects. -Excellent communication and leadership skills. -Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets.
