The Role

Overview

Manage and grow key customer accounts for plant and tool hire business

Tasks

-Provide regional team and the overall business with market intelligence and insights -Undertake and generate company sales performance reports as required to local management group -Obtain and manage hire enquiries and orders when required -Act as a brand ambassador across industry marketing and promotional opportunities -Oversee, manage, and develop a defined portfolio of existing customer accounts -Provide point-of-contact resource to maximise customer end to end experience -Maximise customer awareness and trading performance via internal customer management platform -Manage the growth and development of company key accounts in line with business growth goals -Research, develop and deliver customer account proposals and agreements -Work with local, regional and internal Marketing team to maximise FTH business opportunities -Support and achieve delivery of sales growth targets for all FTH products and services
