Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash planning, and compliance for a manufacturing firm.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Monthly and Weekly cash planning with Accounting and the CEO. -Maintain legal and contractual business documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date. -Incoming inventory scheduling in coordination with CEO, contact with vendors when needed. -Financial Report Compilation to ownership (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Budget Variance, Cash Flow Analysis). -Direct coordination with CPA Firm for Fed. Income Tax Returns, ensuring accuracy at filing. -Establish standards for handling company finances and documentation. -Continuously seek and propose cost-saving opportunities, grant opportunities and resources. -Ensure accurate and timely filing of local, state, and federal tax returns/reports. -Perform financials checks and balances to ensure correct reporting. -Review and ensure accurate and on time completion of Month End Close.

What You Bring

-CPA or CMA certification required. -Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred. -Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team. -Strong Financial and Analytical acumen. -Able to think with long-term strategy when making decisions. -Strong knowledge and proficient with ERP Systems such as Quickbooks. NetSuite experience is preferred. -3+ years of accounting-related Management experience. -Ability to work within strict deadlines. -Able to lead a team and Manager others. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Prioritization and organizational skills. -5+ years of Accounting and Finance experience. -Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or equivalent experience. -Excellent attention to detail.
