Answer calls, direct inquiries, and manage office emails.
Maintain a tidy and professional reception space.
Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing basic reports.
Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for finance-related queries.
Support onboarding processes, including scheduling inductions and preparing welcome materials.
Provide administrative support across the full employee life cycle, including Recruitment and Onboarding, Time and Attendance, Pay and Reward and Learning and Development
Assist with employee records management and documentation.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of finance-related paperwork.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Update HR databases and assist with reporting tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
