Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Land Surveyor. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for performing daily survey activities, including taking precise measurements of land boundaries, preparing reports, maps, and plots, verifying the accuracy of survey data, and providing data relevant to the shape, contour, location, elevation, or dimension of land features. The Land Surveyor will also collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and government agencies to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Experience in the construction industry is a plus -Knowledge of CAD software and other survey-related tools -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proficiency in land surveying techniques and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and theodolites -Professional Surveyor License (preferred) -Strong skills in data analysis and report generation -Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
