  • Prepares and leads client presentations
  • Continued execution and support of all deliverables through the Associate Director level
  • Participates in the interview and selection process of new resources
  • Directs Work- Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done
  • Plans and Aligns- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with the organization's goals
  • Defines, designs, and owns the execution of multiple, and/or complex, and / or wide-scope initiatives and/or teams
  • Collaborates- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Develops existing client relationships through project performance and client management
  • Builds Effective Teams- Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
  • Serves as the Senior Resource on all projects
  • Attend weekly project meetings on active construction sites
  • Primary focus is on the day-to-day management of the business, including: Collections of fees, updating of forecasts, Requests for additional services, developing/writing proposals for new business, Lease review, contracts, and other agreements
  • Builds Networks- Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • 5+ Years of experience leading teams
  • 12+ Years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willing to relocate to where projects are based
  • Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus
  • Experience with sports stadiums, sports arenas, or convention centers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
