Manage design, installation and commissioning of MEP services for construction projects.

Tasks

-Produce project reports and contribute to progress and client meetings -Manage the coordination of incoming utility supplies. -Undertake technical compliance reviews of contractors design & installation information and provide feedback for incorporation. -Manage the MEP completion and handover requirements of the project. -Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability standards -Maintain MEP programmes, RFIs, drawing registers, and project documentation. -Deliver value engineering solutions while maintaining quality and functionality -Manage subcontractors and resolve technical queries and design issues -Oversee and monitor procurement, installation, and commissioning of building services. -Manage the MEP design and coordination process during preconstruction.

What You Bring

-Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial builds -Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or related field -Strong communication, leadership, and commercial skills -10+ years' experience managing MEP packages on large-scale construction projects -ECS Manager’s Card or CSCS Black Card -SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
