What You Bring

-The capability to accurately record and report incidents -The ability to work on their own initiative, stay calm when under pressure and have a proactive approach to your work -Experience of building good working relationships with a wide range of people -Excellent communication skills, which will allow you to communicate effectively with customers who may be upset or distressed. -Computer skills and able to carry out basic administration tasks -A basic DBS check is required for this role. -Experience in a customer care or front of house customer facing role
