The Role

Overview

Phone-based client support and scheduling for logistics operations.

Tasks

-Enter all task details onto the company system promptly and accurately. -Ensure proper use and care of equipment and materials related to the role. -Liaise with field teams regarding logistical or onsite issues, such as access or location concerns. -Monitor urgent surveys to ensure prompt processing and communication. -Process jobs and follow up on client queries to ensure clear, timely resolutions. -Log all non-conformities and complaints accurately on the system. -Assist with the booking and confirmation of jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. -Ensure that reports from the field are returned in line with client service-level agreements. -Support the Logistics Manager with commercial administration tasks. -Follow all relevant health and safety and quality management procedures. -Support the Logistics Manager in producing operational and commercial reports. -Communicate with clients primarily over the telephone, as well as by email.
