Tasks

-Partake in the integration and routine oversight of the client's stated requirements. Partner with the client's internal team members. -Support company and client agendas. Evaluate continuous improvement effectiveness., -Perform all service level agreement support changes. Coordinate the event & root cause investigation process. -Contribute to the inspection readiness program for the site. Track the vendor management program to ensure compliance. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Assist with the routine enforcement of all Quality Management Services. -Impact the quality of own work.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. -Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. -Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
