Tasks

-The Engineer – M&E is responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical and electrical systems in built environment projects. This role ensures that all M&E works comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The engineer collaborates with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues, conduct inspections, and support the successful delivery of building services systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing. -Support tender and execution of projects -Review of sub-contractors’ proposal and design -Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance. -Work with respective sub-contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon, fire protection etc..) to produce shop drawings -Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors etc.. -Coordinate site activities during construction -Integrate shop drawings into BIM system for feasibility review -Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors and consultants, reviewing the providing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance and value for money -Ensure the smooth completion of the project

What You Bring

-Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. -Familiar with API 650 code will be an added advantage -Familiar with oil tank construction and oil pipeline laying -Due to the sensitive project nature, only Singaporean will be considered.
