Overview

Manage credit extensions, collections, and customer account service for MITER Brands

Key Responsibilities

• customer service
• credit management

Tasks

-Establishing relations – providing a high level of service to the sales team and other internal customers -Communicating with sales staff and Credit Manager on issues -Maintaining records – communication notes and follow-up -Email customer requested invoice copies -Extending credit within company parameters and credit policy -Determine accounts with potential bad debt to be communicated with Credit Manager and written off with approval -Reconcile customer statements/billings -Preserving good will of customers -Releasing orders on-hold -Contacting customers regarding past due balances

What You Bring

-Well organized and pays attention to details -Experience with ERP Software preferred (especially experience with Oracle) -Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures -Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe) -3-5 years of experience in the credit and collections field or related area -Knowledge of credit and collection terms and concepts, and basic accounting concepts -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Positive can-do attitude with a team player mentality
