Tasks

-Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and assist in planning and executing internal events, trainings, and engagement initiatives. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding and operational workflows. -Partner with IT, hiring managers, and other cross function departments (Training, EHS, and Talent Acquisition) to ensure new hires have the necessary hardware/equipment and access. -Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites and knowledge bases. -Maintain accurate onboarding records and track key metrics (e.g., time-to-productivity, new hire satisfaction). -Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding journey.
