What You Bring

-Strong leadership and communication skills. -Capacity to quickly adapt to shifting priorities. -Proficiency in civil engineering software and Microsoft Office tools. -Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or active progress toward licensure in South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. -Self-motivated, coachable, and determined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. -Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
