Tasks

-Maintain accurate cost data and estimating records. -Mentor junior estimators as needed. -Lead MEP trade partner bid reviews, evaluate proposals, and manage scope coverage. -Develop and present value engineering options and lifecycle cost analyses. -Support procurement and assist in change order evaluations. -Build relationships with local suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. -Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and project staff to resolve design and constructability issues. -Prepare detailed MEP quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and estimates from conceptual through final design. -Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to identify scope and cost impacts.
