Tasks

-Proposal Generation: Collaborating with project engineers to scope technology changes, craft proposals, and address client queries. -Support New Business: Engaging with the Business Development team to assess potential client IT systems and provide actionable improvement recommendations. -Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact. -Quarterly Business Reviews: Leading meaningful QBRs to assess performance, uncover opportunities, and create a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives. -Technical Advisory: Leveraging an understanding of IT environments to advise on strategy, infrastructure, and improvements, grounded in best practices (Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, Microsoft 365). -Customer Success: Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client businesses, recommending additional services that foster growth and security.

What You Bring

-Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the comfort to engage with managers and CEOs. -A talent for managing multiple clients and priorities efficiently. -The ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value. -A strong grasp of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business continuity practices. -A valid driving licence (required). -Proven experience in account management or technical consulting (4-5 years+), preferably in an MSP or IT services setting.
