-Support sheet-metal technicians as needed. -Collaborate with technicians, project managers, clients/contractors, and installers to meet project goals. -Attend team meetings as needed.

-Critical thinking skills and good decision-making ability. -Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions. -High School Diploma & Trade School Diploma -Learn to understand the layout of ductwork systems and equipment; read blueprints. -Strong problem solving skills -OSHA 10 -This position requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Professional demeanor -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. -Superior organizational and time management skills -Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces. -Able to safely lift 50 pounds. -Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach. -Able to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders. -High moral standards and strong work ethic -Able to walk on uneven surfaces. -Encon is a drug free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing. -Ability to operate a computer and assigned software (including email) -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material
