What You Bring

-Previous GE experience and knowledge of GE requirements is appreciated. -Ability to coach, mentor, and drive accountability through team engagement and support key influencers to drive EHS compliance cross-functionally. -Confidently able to facilitate and deliver training and presentations to a diverse audience. -Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build, develop, and lead teams of partners and stakeholders in a matrixed and geographically distributed environment. -Minimum 8 years of significant EHS and operational experience leading regional, global, or large-scale EHS programs and overseeing the execution of EHS in projects or services environment for an industrial or software company in a complex regulatory environment. -Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently. -At least one active professional certification is highly desired. -Demonstrated achievements with safety programs and expertise in multiple high-risk operations (e.g. electrical safety/LOTO, crane safety, construction safety, work at height, confined space). -Customer-focused with strong written, verbal, and technology-based communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in relevant field of study. -Strong oral and written communication skills in English required; additional regional languages are a plus. -Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
