Lead the Design of Learning Spaces That Inspire From K-12 schools to higher education campuses, our work is rooted in purpose: creating spaces that foster learning, community, and innovation. As Studio Director, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team, manage client relationships, and oversee the delivery of impactful projects that serve generations to come. -Recruitment, mentorship, and development of architectural staff -Cross-disciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, civil, and environmental teams

This is a unique opportunity for a licensed architect with 15+ years of experience to shape the future of educational environments while mentoring a talented studio and driving design excellence. -NCARB IDP enrollment preferred; LEED accreditation a plus -Deep understanding of project specifications and CSI formatting -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office -Strong leadership and team management skills -Professional RA license required -15+ years of architectural design experience -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred) -Excellent communication and organizational skills
