Tasks
-Prepare clean, accurate billing and reporting within 5 days of job completion -Support Accounts Receivable inquiries and coordinate resolutions -Assist with workshop organization, quality control, and process improvements -Invoice and reconcile service orders, resolving discrepancies proactively -Contribute to staff development through cross-training and growth plans -Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and collaboration -Carefully review and process quotes and orders to ensure accuracy -Open and manage service work orders (SWOs) with precision and follow-through -Ensure compliance with safety, cost management, and customer satisfaction goals

What You Bring
-Negotiation and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges -Reliable, self-directed, and motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision -Record and track technician time, travel expenses, and project details -Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, technical science, or related field OR 3+ years of related work experience -Flexible and resilient under shifting priorities, deadlines, and pressure -Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills -Technical knowledge of maritime or energy industry (preferred) -Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (standard and metric) (preferred) -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
