Tasks

-Handling both Buy Side and Sell Side transactions -Participating in deal negotiations -Liaising with team management, including architects, building surveyors, solicitors, and valuers -Conducting thorough opportunity analysis and underwriting -Managing and executing transactions

What You Bring

-Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team environment and to tight timescales -Experience in Argus Enterprise/Developer and DCF modelling an advantage -Good communication skills – Written and Oral -Excellent IT and analytical skills with particular attention to detail -Full Driver’s License -Ideally hold a SCSI accredited property degree such as Property Economics, or alternative 3rd level qualification - economics, finance, commerce or construction related
