What You Bring

-Ability to participate in global teams and having flexibility to support global time zones -Experience building technology roadmaps and working with business architects to deliver the proper technical solutions to the business. -Good communication skills. -High personal integrity, credibility, and energy. -Ability to work with business customers in a highly dynamic environment. -Experience and accomplishments in the implementation of DeltaV manufacturing automation systems. -Clear understanding of all aspects of DeltaV architecture. Capability to articulate different architectures including but not limited to virtual servers, operator interface practices, code development best practices, controllers and I/O. -Experience and in-depth understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application systems development. -Ability to lead teams, bringing people together to achieve a common goal of a deliverable -Ability to become influential in his/her area demonstrated by suitable technical degrees and/or experience. -Understanding of industrial cyber-security best practices for ICS systems. Able to work alongside corporate security professionals to develop and constantly evolve security standards. -An engineering degree or comparable engineering/ manufacturing experience.
