-White Card -Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements. -⁠Hazelmere workshop with site travel where required (Hybrid) -Proficient in welding with inner shield -Ability to interpret engineering drawings (critical skill beyond standard boilermaker/welder qualifications) -Demonstrated safety commitment -Australian or Australian recognised trade qualification -Current Manual HR Class Drivers License -Experience in mobile equipment refurbishments – e.g. buckets, dump trucks, booms, and sticks -Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) -Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team -Demonstrated commitment to safety -HRWL (DG, RB, CN, WP) (highly desirable)
