Manage commercial solar projects from design to completion ensuring schedule, budget, and quality.

Tasks

● Bring equipment to and from job sites when needed ● Facilitating communication between sales team, installation team, local permit offices, utility, distributors, and customers in order to install a quality system ● Communicate with clients for onboarding, project scheduling and other related communication that is needed ● Assist when needed project’s utility interconnection applications and submit to the appropriate utility ● Prioritize, delegate and stay on top of critical path tasks to ensure project milestones get completed on time. ● Approve purchase order amounts with financing when needed ● Send weekly project updates to customers ● Forecast revenue based on your project’s schedules and payment milestones ● Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information ● Follow up with internal team members and 3rd party partners who were assigned work related to your project on task deadlines ● Issue subcontractor agreements on a per project basis ● Responsible for managing the schedule for projects assigned to you and leading your assigned projects through the project stages using smartsheet ● Schedule installs with subcontracting teams and manage install for your projects ● Oversee the plan for trash removal - often completed by install teams ● Use the PurePoint Energy quality check system to review plans at various stages to ensure that they meet the objectives of stakeholders. ● Working with PM assistants/solar designer to determine project permitting requirements and working with towns and city departments in order to get projects through the permitting process ● Coordinating with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules ● Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards ● Approve subcontractor payments and communicate with finance for project invoicing ● Help facilitate with the site assessor the collection of the structural information needed to send to our 3rd party structural engineering team for approval and/or coordinate with an engineer who can collect the information on site ● Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget ● Help with completing final state project paperwork along with making sure all project close out documentation is completed ● Take delivery of equipment when needed. ● Assist and oversee plan sets or submit plans for drafting of plans with our internal and 3rd party design and engineering team(s) ● Complete your assigned project’s bill of materials, order project equipment and coordinate deliveries. ● Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution ● Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements ● Coordinate and set up inspections when needed for project approval and permission to operate ● Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues ● Keep assigned metrics up to date and your project schedules up to date in smartsheet (this insures dashboard metrics will be accurate)

What You Bring

● Exceptional communicator ● Able to complete projects in a timely manner ● Experience in Smartsheet a plus ● Attention to detail but does not get stuck in details ● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) ● Highly organized ● Managing a multitude of different phases of projects, and easily transition from one task to another ● Exceptional written skills ● Understands the sales process and what it takes to transition to Project Management ● Growth mindset ● Ability to manage many projects and tasks in a high pace environment ● Strong understanding of project management methodologies ● Some travel necessary - must have a valid driver's license AND an acceptable motor vehicle report ● Proven experience in project management ● Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial solar ● Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion ● Able to set up Gantt charts and project timelines is a must! ● Computer Literate

PurePoint matches up to 4% after one year of employment ● Mileage reimbursement - PurePoint has a transit fleet for their employees, however should you need to use your own vehicle to travel on company business, and you will be reimbursed for mileage. The mileage is calculated using the yearly standard IRS mileage rate. The reimbursement occurs the following month (IE: January reimbursement = February payout) The following benefits become available after the employee’s 90 day probationary period has ended Salary $85,000 - $93,000 ● Summer Hours on Fridays - starting on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and ending the Friday of Labor Day weekend, the office will close at 1 pm. Work permitting, employees will work four hours and be paid for the other four. Note: Employees understand that if there are deadlines to meet, they must be completed even if you have to work more than four hours ● Personal days - two days per year ● Medical coverage - fully paid for employees ● Paid training ● Eight paid holidays per year ● Vacation days - up to four weeks depending on years of service, with the ability of rolling over five days to the next year. For an employee that on boards in January, two weeks of vacation time will be available after the probationary period.
