Tasks

-Generate regular reports on BIM progress and performance for management review -Managing requirements as a stakeholder for any customizations, applications, functionality, or other aspects related to the integrated 3D model -Develop and manage BIM Coordination schedules with project team -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Support the advancement of firmwide BIM practices and workflows -Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in BIM processes and tools. -Work with discipline leads to maintain consistency across projects, coordinate alternate approaches as project needs change. -Integrate third party libraries and tools into design and delivery workflows -Communicate any changes of BIM standards to project and discipline teams -Create BIM related Policies/Processes/Procedures/Checklists/Templates/Quick Guides -Identify opportunities for the development of custom applications and automated processes -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Communicate project BIM requirements to both internal and external teams -Maintain, understand, and enforce governing BIM standards -Perform scheduled interdisciplinary clash detections -Acting as a stakeholder in managing requirements for downstream analytics from the PDW dataset, ensuring the creation of a cohesive narrative and unified project view

What You Bring

-Ability to read and understand Construction Documents and Submittals -Bachelor’s degree in a design or engineering program is ideal and a minimum of 8 years of experience using BIM based workflows -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Regular, reliable attendance -Excellent organizational and communication skills -3+ years professional experience in Navisworks and BIM360/ACC -Proficient in Autodesk and Microsoft products -Knowledge of construction processes and procedures -8+ years professional experience in Revit with at least 4 years of full time Revit experience -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Knowledgeable in 3D coordination with all trades
