-Provide additional administrative and office management support. -Manage end-to-end attestation process via authorized legal agents -Schedule Board and Committee meetings with internal and external stakeholders -Help in managing trade licenses and renewals -Assist with the preparation of legal documents, reports, presentations and agendas for executive review -Maintain and secure structured filing systems for ease of access
