Tasks

-Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for field operations -Review and analyse data trends, reporting insights to engineers, scientists, and managers -Manage installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of monitoring equipment -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes -Mentor junior staff and contribute to training and development initiatives -Lead and support a team of Water Technicians in the field -Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially in confined spaces and high-risk environments

What You Bring

-A holder of a Full NZ driver’s licence and legally entitled to work in NZ -Confident leading small teams and coordinating field operations -Exposure to project management and client engagement -Safety-focused, with experience working in confined spaces and outdoor environments -Experienced in water network monitoring, instrumentation, or a related field -Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with basic proficiency in Word and Excel -Advanced technical training in hydrology, instrumentation, and hydraulic data analysis
