Overview

Oversee contractor onboarding and compliance across regions, lead a team and ensure legal adherence.

Tasks

2. To create compliant solutions that enables the business to increase profitability and gain a competitive advantage. 3. To manage, coach and guide their business unit and team members; and create an environment where open and honest communication is encouraged. 1. To ensure all contractors are onboarded efficiently and in full compliance with all relevant international laws, regulations, and industry standards. -Candidate Queries and Onboarding: Issue contracts and manager candidate communications throughout the onboarding process and respond to general candidate queries. -Team Management & Development: Lead a team, helping and supporting with their day-to-day roles, set up & responsibilities, mentoring and supporting their growth and development -Route to Market Compliance: Responsible for developing and maintaining the commercial route-to-market frameworks as well as responding to legal and technical route-to-market decisions -Issuing Candidate Contracts

What You Bring

The candidate must have the rights to work in the location stated in the job advert. -Knowledge of legislation impacting the recruitment sector such as IR35; labour leasing; cross border working; worker’s misclassification; A1 certificates etc -Professional References -Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving. -Proven experience of managing a team of at least 3 people -Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a constantly evolving landscape. -Ideally have previous experience in onboarding contractors in the UK, USA and 1-3 European jurisdictions. -Ability to review contractor contracts from a legal perspective -Experience of using a technology-based on-boarding system and proficient in use of Bullhorn.
