Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic repairs & maintenance on equipment at a barge plant.

Tasks

-Troubleshoot motors and transmissions -Follow all safety rules and practices -Repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical functions (forklifts, cranes, golf carts) -Preventive maintenance and repair of motors, transmissions -May be involved in safety committees or initiatives

What You Bring

-Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairing PLC/CNC equipment is beneficial -Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed -Experience in repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment is preferred -Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related industrial maintenance mechanic role
