Tasks

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Follow-up: Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up with them to nurture and convert into customers over time. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and other departments to achieve common goals and objectives. Outreach: Reach out to potential customers through marketing campaigns, presentations, and communication channels, presenting products or services and explaining their benefits. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including leads generated, sales, and customer information, using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches that highlight the value and advantages of the product or service. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads or prospects through various sources, including databases, social media, and marketing campaigns. Feedback and Improvement: Seek feedback from team leaders or supervisors, and continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections professionally and provide solutions or alternatives to overcome objections. Reports: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads generated, and sales conversions for management review. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in sales and marketing practices. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
