Overview
Create and modify civil 3D survey drawings and analyze data for land development projects.

Tasks
-Survey Data Analysis: Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, considering factors like legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. -Plan Modification: Responsibly edit and modify plans in line with revisions from agencies, municipalities, and clients, following directives closely. -Workflow Coordination: Maintain open communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders regarding workflow status, ensuring the team meets chargeability goals. -Resourceful Support: Act as a valuable resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures. -Drawing Production: Generate various drawings specific to projects, including ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layouts, and construction staking.

We are looking for Survey Technicians who are interested in being subject matter experts in land development, renewable energy, and construction projects. -CAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments, ensuring they align with Atwell's standards. -Minimum of 2+ years of previous AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience -Thorough understanding of Altas, Topo's, Boundaries, and Construction Staking -High School Diploma Required, Associated Degree Preferred -Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) Preferred
