Preparing proposals, contracts, leases, commission agreements, NDAs, and LOIs for our office brokers
Coordinate with brokers, clients, title companies, surveyors, etc. to meet specified deadlines
Collaborating with marketing in the creation of custom designs for property-specific marketing
Responds to market/research requests by brokers effectively and in a timely manner
Stays in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our professionals
Generate and process comps and invoices for each deal and monitor status of payments
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as tour books, placemats, pitchbooks, etc. and in consistency with our branding guidelines
Provide administrative support to brokers including, but not limited to, copying, mailing, filing, scanning, and faxing documents
Assist new business development projects by drafting and preparing pitch letters, fact sheets, broker biographies, articles and other marketing material highlighting the company’s strengths in maintaining strong business relationships with clients
Manage office transactions according to critical dates and timelines
Manage property availabilities/listings through multiple commercial real estate listing websites such as CoStar and LoopNet; and other applications such as VTS
Work closely with the company’s brokers to develop effective market research material, specific to both existing and potential clients
Exercising the strictest judgement and appropriate discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information regarding the company business
Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure deadlines and turnaround times are met, as previously set by the company and our brokers.

Outstanding design skill reflective of strong competency of graphic design principals
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign and Photoshop
Ability to work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time to work collaboratively with the marketing team and brokers to determine the best design strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project
CoStar, LoopNet and Commercial Gateway
Real estate license preferred but not required
Commercial or residential real estate experience required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge of Adobe software systems
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Organized and resourceful with a proven ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Adobe Creative Suite
Detail oriented with excellent writing and communication skills
