Tasks

-Produce the technical documentation pre- and post-contract (P&ID, BOM, IOM, Instrumentation, etc.…) -Participate in customer meetings to provide technical support to the sales & project managers. -Provide technical support as required to the JC Factory test engineers and sub-contractors. -Assist in the overall conception process for the equipment to be supplied under contract. This will include generating procurement specifications and manufacturing, assembly and test procedures. -Technically manage the selection, basic physical layout, piping and instrumentation design and electrical design of the refrigeration plant during the pre-contract phase then through the contract stage to delivery and commissioning. -Assist in the procurement process to ensure the equipment is purchased to specification. -Collaborate with the R&D department linked to the JC France factory to develop new products. -Generate the technical documentation to enable the contract support team to produce the sales estimate. -Provide the best technical solutions to the customers’ requirements. -Generate setting to work procedures and provide assistance to the commissioning engineers. -Apply the relevant procedures prescribed by the QSSE as applicable to the function / Navy Systems -Review and approve as required supplier drawings and documentation. -Ensure the JC Factory test procedure is respected and generate the associated test reports. -Assist with internal & external audits
