Tasks
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laser communication products. -Deliver hands-on support and training to customers on-site. -Act as the primary technical liaison for customers during integration processes. -Work with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. -Collaborate with internal engineering teams to enhance product features.

What You Bring
-Knowledge of environmental testing standards such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160. -Experience with laser communication systems and ruggedized military equipment. -Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. -Proficiency in using test equipment, embedded systems, and Linux. -Strong skills in Electrical, Optical, Aerospace, Systems, or Test Engineering. -At least 4 years of experience in aerospace or optical/electrical systems integration.
