Promote understanding and consistent application of the Code of Conduct at all levels of the organization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders, the Group Executive, and Board Members on complex E&C matters.
Ensure the team provides industry-leading guidance and support to the business across a wide range of E&C matters.
Oversee the design, deployment, and effectiveness of E&C training across the company to ensure understanding, retention, and application of key policies and Worley values and behaviors.
Foster the ‘Speak up’ culture, ensuring mechanisms are accessible, trusted, and supported with timely investigations and resolutions.
Lead and manage a global E&C team of approximately 20 professionals across multiple levels and geographies, fostering high performance and collaboration.
Accountable for the effective monitoring of the global E&C Program and timely reporting on key metrics, trends, and emerging risks to provide actionable insights to the Executive Group and the Board.
Foster an ethical culture across Worley, inspiring leaders to champion a safe, respectful, and values-driven workplace.
Lead E&C risk assessments during the pre-contract phase in collaboration with Operations—focusing on areas such as sanctions, third-party due diligence, fraud, corruption, integrity, and assurance. Guide/tailor treatment strategies. Collaborate on human rights assessments, ensuring ethical considerations are embedded in project planning and delivery.
Accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of toolkits and resources that promote a safe and ethical working environment.
Provide strategic recommendations to the Executive Group based on internal insights, global trends, and identification of best practices.
Develop, lead, and ensure execution of Worley’s E&C Strategy, driving adoption across all regions and business units.
Lead the identification and promotion of best practices in E&C to embed compliance in day-to-day operations.

Decisions will require deep expertise within area of focus, understanding the impact of decisions on the broader organization. Roles at this level must be able to assimilate information from multiple sources to derive answers and solve questions. Solutions are derived from information and knowledge gained through past experiences. Will participate in translating corporate goals to operational goals and overseeing others as they manage integration across their organization and often the entire organization.
Excellent writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Effectively communicate and present complex proposals and reports to executive level management. Participative management style with a cooperative team approach. Proven leadership skills in multi-cultural/national environments.
Important skills include a strong understanding of ethical practices and related laws, along with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Proficiency with software applications is also needed.
Typically, 15+ years relevant experience, with significant management experience.
Ability to independently manage day to day challenges arising with respect to work deliverables, timelines, and relevant stakeholders. Should have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership and ability to manage global time zones. Self-motivated and solution oriented with excellent mentoring, collaboration, and team building skills. Strong understanding of and adherence with Worley’s Code of Conduct and values.
University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong understanding of broader systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to lead and guide the strategic development of new systems, processes and tools.
