Tasks
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a successful transformation for the business, specifically in Downstream Planning as we move away from legacy systems into the future state, utilizing the latest version of SAP. Additionally, you will work with an agile mindset and a focus on continuous improvement to add value to Global Supply Chain. You will work closely with the business and other resources across multiple projects to guarantee that the deployed solution fits with the business needs for end-to-end operations. The Business Analyst drives continuous process improvement efforts through research, data analysis, and problem solving. The Business Analyst leads business requirement gathering necessary to provided and deliver business value. As a Business Analyst you will be part of an elite team of people that is leading the digital transformation within Schneider Electric’s North America Market (NAM). -Be the business representative for the program with understanding of current Downstream Planning processes and systems -Managing and collaborating remotely -Capture feedback from users and identify “enhancements” of existing functionality. -Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution decisions, Data accuracy, and Organizational Change Management -Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training) -Participate in End User Training -Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc) -Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systems -Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops -Create/Validate End to End Process Flows for manufacturing plants -Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs. -Lead the Key Users & project team participation in solution testing -Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management team -Hold the Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverables -Lead in the identification of Downstream Planning business requirements and development of the customer story backlog for SAP.

This position will be posted until filled. -Knowledge of planning and procurement operations at the plants (forecasting, procurement) -Ability to work independently in a competitive work environment -Ability to collaborate and work in a multicultural environment -Listening, negotiation, decision making, problem solving -Experience with planning and procurement tools like OneMM, Kinaxis, SupplyOn i.e. -Aptitude in learning and working in new IT systems -Must have history of delivering results -Bachelor’s degree: Supply Chain, Business Administration preferred -Strong data analysis skills -Change management and communication skills -Ability to balance a workload while working on multiple priorities -Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines -Leadership and management skills -3-5 years of work experience in supply chain planning, downstream flow controller -Experience with ETO/CTO/MTO flows
