  • Coordinate employee check-in/check-out, lease renewals, and terminations.
  • Ensure all housing arrangements comply with company policies, budgets, and local regulations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available and occupied units.
  • Develop and manage housing contracts and service agreements with landlords, property managers, and hospitality providers.
  • Track costs and occupancy data, and prepare housing status reports for project management.
  • Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Construction Management, Safety) to align housing needs with workforce schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce housing costs through contract negotiations or alternative arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for property owners, landlords, and management companies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate housing and lodging options (hotels, apartments, rental homes, etc.) within the project area.
  • Ensure housing conditions meet safety, quality, and comfort standards.
  • Handle issues or disputes related to accommodations promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor housing-related expenses to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with project budgets.
  • Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic contract management tools.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Hospitality, Logistics, or related field).
  • Work productively and meet deadlines timely
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
  • Regular, reliable attendance
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple agreements simultaneously.
  • Experience in the construction or industrial project environment is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in property management, corporate housing, logistics coordination, or similar roles.
