Tasks

-Holding stakeholders accountable for commitments and ensuring cross-departmental ownership. -Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. -Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency. -Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment. -Tracking project outcomes and ensuring benefits are realised in line with business goals. -Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues. -Developing detailed project plans, including milestones, budgets, and ownership. -Monitoring progress and adjusting plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. -Facilitating effective communication across project teams and senior leadership. -Producing regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.

-Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly at all levels. -Skilled in creating visual dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive-level presentations. -Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Confident managing multiple priorities and navigating fast-moving environments. -Strong understanding of all aspects of project delivery including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and benefits tracking. -Proven experience in project management across diverse industries. -Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
