Tasks

-Maintain accurate data integrity in SAP Spiridon and the ACCESS database for all shipments. -Process parts and service shipments, including receiving, inspecting, packing, and coordinating deliveries. -Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper communication with relevant departments. -Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance. -Log discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions to ensure operational efficiency. -Coordinate with logistics, project management, and field service teams for smooth operations.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Materials Management, or equivalent experience. -Over 5 years of experience in warehousing and delivery management within a service environment. -In-depth knowledge of warehousing, material handling, and delivery management processes. -Proficient in ERP tools (SAP & ACCESS) and MS Office 360. -Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory. -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
