-Complete diagnostics and repairs for residential drain systems, guiding homeowners through informed decisions. -Mentor and coach coworkers to strengthen the team’s overall craftsmanship. -Work outdoors in heat, rain, cold, and wind while wearing appropriate PPE -Perform precise drain cleaning on sinks, tubs, and sewer lines; deliver work that’s accurate and up to code. -Uphold company policies, guarantees, and a clean, organized jobsite. -Be the trusted authority who empowers customers to decide with confidence. -Build deep expertise in plumbing systems and drain diagnostics while staying up to date on codes.

What You Bring
-Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. -Experienced: 3+ years of proven drain experience with a passion for continuous improvement. -Thrive in a team‑driven environment where your contributions matter on every call. -Manual dexterity to signal, grasp, hold, turn, push, pull, and operate tools, controls, and materials -Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM -Knowledgeable in local plumbing codes and their practical application. -Technically sharp: diagnostic, repair, and drain cleaning skills; jetting experience is a plus. -People‑first communicator: builds rapport and uses iPad software comfortably. -Ability to speak English and hear clearly to communicate -Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting -Comfort working at heights; climb ladders and stairs; occasional platform/scaffolding work with required fall protection
